When Clever was beginning to attain some gravitational pull, we knew we needed someone that understood how to make sense of massive and unruly data sets. With his academic background in natural resource management and experience with the carbon offsets market through the Environmental Defense Fund, our first choice was Randall. Lucky for us, he said yes and was equally passionate about solving issues stakeholders face when navigating the carbon markets. As Clever's Data Manager, Randall is on our front lines when taking in large sets of unstructured, sloppy data. He and his global team prepare the data for our Data Engineer and Developer by going above and beyond what scrapping and AI can do. His attention to detail and strategy for assembling data has made the quality of our platform a cut above the rest. While most people shy away from complexity Randall knows that "the more complicated data is to ingest, the more valuable we are to clients." Clever takes on messy data leaving behind a cleaner market and cleaner planet.
